My first copy of this book was bought directly from Michael Carroll when I engaged in a year long supervisor training with him. The book has been my companion since and I recommend it to others. It is simple and straightforward, and does what the title says! It also has templates you can use for various pieces like evaluation, contracting. The book gives the reader a good solid foundation of supervision. I am delighted to say, Turning Point Institue have reprinted the book which is lucky for me as my original copy is held together by luck and sello tape!
